About Renadyl

Recently completed results from human clinical trials have reaffirmed the safety of RenadylTM. No adverse effects in these animals have been observed.

The probiotics found in RenadylTM demonstrate a strong affinity for many of the nitrogenous wastes that accumulate in the blood in the event of kidney failure. These toxins include urea, uric acid, creatinine, indoles and phenols, and nitrosamines and their precursors.

Clinical studies have shown that the 3 strains of probiotics in RenadylTM have a high affinity for urea and uremic acids. These 3 strains are specially selected and will metabolize the nitrogenous waste in the body. They are in a gastric acid resistant capsule, which means that they are unaffected by stomach acids that can kill probiotics on their way through the gastrointestinal tract, thus improving efficiency.

You can take probiotics during treatment with antibiotics. Probiotic supplements should be taken 4 hours after the antibiotics. Probiotic use should not interfere with the efficacy of antibiotics.

RenadylTM is not meant to replace dialysis or any other medications prescribed by a physician. It works in conjunction with other treatments to maintain healthy kidney function.

RENADYL® maintains healthy kidney function and hence it should be ideally taken lifelong. Till the time it is taken, it would target the nitrogenous waste products in the intestine and reduce the load on the kidneys.

Food is the source of nitrogenous waste in the body and this nitrogenous waste are continuously formed every day. As RENADYL® does not let the build-up of this nitrogenous waste in the blood, it needs to be taken lifelong. Thus the benefit achieved by taking RENADYL® would be lost.

As per the clinical trials there is reduction in the load of the nitrogenous waste from the first day itself. But improvement would take about 2-3 months of therapy with RENADYL®.

No, they are natural microbes (Genetically evolved due to their growth in selective medium which has more nitrogenous wastes).

Renadyl is manufactured adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). cGMP regulations are enforced by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). cGMPs provide for systems that assure proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities. Adherence to the cGMP regulations assures the identity, strength, quality, and purity of products by requiring that manufacturers adequately control manufacturing operations.
